Your swing is analyzed on your phone
When you record a swing, Unslice looks at body movement through your phone’s camera and works out measurements such as tempo, posture, and rotation right there on the device. You can compare those measurements and the recorded motion with a PGA reference for the same club.
The camera footage itself isn’t uploaded or saved by Unslice. The analysis is designed around movement, so you can learn from a swing without keeping a video of it in your history.
Keep a replay, not the footage
If you’re signed in, Unslice saves swing measurements and a compact record of your movement to your account. That record lets you replay the motion later in the app or on the web, and compare swings with the same club over time.
The saved replay shows how your body moved, while your original camera images and video stay out of your Unslice swing history.

AI swing analysis
Coming soonAI-assisted insights into patterns across your saved swings are planned, but aren’t available in the current app. Today, swing measurements are calculated on your phone and comparisons use saved PGA reference motion.
Your data, in plain terms
Saved swing measurements and movement records sync to your account so you can review them across the app and web portal. Camera images and videos are not sent to or stored by Bunker, Unslice’s web service.
Selected PGA player comparisons are matched by club. Camera footage and rendered animations are not sent to Bunker. Read the full privacy policy for details.
Useful feedback, with honest limits
Camera-based movement measurements are estimates. Lighting, framing, and how much of your body is visible can affect them. Unslice presents them as references for comparing your own swings—not as a professional diagnosis or a promise about shot outcome.
